If you're looking for a horse that would rather be out having adventures than endlessly going round circles in an arena, Shadow could be your perfect match.
A big, chunky, substantial type, Shadow loves getting out and about. He thrives on hacking, enjoys the beach, and we think he would make an absolutely cracking hunting horse for someone wanting a safe, sensible mount in a crowd. He's great in big groups, takes everything in his stride and isn't a spooky sort.
Shadow is green in the school and would much rather be out exploring, making him ideal for someone looking for a fun all-round riding horse rather than a dressage superstar. He is making good progress and could continue to improve with further schooling if that's something his new owner enjoys.
Good to catch and easy to have around. On the ground he's a bit of a giant Labrador — affectionate, friendly and always wanting to be involved, although occasionally not quite spatially aware and I think it’s because he doesn’t know how much horse he actually is!
A genuine, kind horse with a lovely nature who enjoys seeing the world. Whether it's beach rides, long hacks, hunting days or pleasure rides, Shadow is happiest when he's out making memories with his person.
