Archie is the kind of horse everyone secretly wants in their life. He is polite on the ground, genuinely easy to enjoy and has a personality that keeps you laughing even on the days when you’ve lost your crop, your glove and your sanity. He is an all round funny guy who makes every moment fun.
Archie loves to pop around a course and he does it with a cheerful attitude and the kind of enthusiasm that makes you feel like you’ve both just won Hickstead… even if you only jumped the 60s. He is not going to the Olympics but let’s be honest most of us aren’t either and he stands a pretty decent chance of getting you placed in the 60’s and 70 classes with a smile on his face and both ears firmly forward.
Take him hunting and he is in his element. Archie is forward and loves the job but he is not unmanageable. He knows when to look after his rider and when it is time to have a good blast and enjoy life. He makes it fun without making it scary.
He is wonderfully well behaved to handle loads himself like he is off on a spa weekend stands like a saint for the farrier and generally gives off the vibe of a horse who would quite like his own fan club.
Archie is a genuinely loveable horse who is ready for his next rider to appreciate his charm his humour and his enthusiasm for everything he does. If you want a horse who will keep you smiling while taking you out to do a bit of everything Archie is your guy.
